How we work

From “there has to be a better way” to “this works the way it should”

Every engagement begins by understanding the work before choosing the technology. The shape of the solution and the relationship follow from what the business actually needs.

The process

Four practical steps

Bring the friction

Show us the process, spreadsheet, outdated system, missed handoff, or customer frustration.

Understand the work

We examine the people, information, exceptions, constraints, and the result you actually need.

Choose the right path

Improve what you have, connect systems, automate tasks, buy a better fit, or build something custom.

Make it yours

Take ownership through a documented handoff, or keep Working Order involved for guidance and improvements.

Complete Project & Handoff

Choose this model when your organization wants Working Order to plan and deliver the agreed result, then transition day-to-day ownership to you.

A project may include discovery, workflow definition, architecture, design, development, testing, launch preparation, approved data migration, training, and technical documentation. The agreement defines source-code access, hosting, accounts, credentials, deployment responsibilities, licensing, and any correction period.

Ongoing Technology Partnership

Choose this model when you want Working Order to remain involved after launch for guidance, maintenance, investigation, compatibility work, small refinements, planned improvements, releases, and documentation.

The agreement defines capacity, prioritization, communication, response expectations, exclusions, third-party costs, and how larger projects are approved.

A good place to begin

Choose the relationship after we understand the work

Start with the business problem. The delivery and support model can be defined once the right outcome is clear.
